Our company is committed to fair and transparent sales practices. If an online payment (such as a reservation fee or deposit) is eligible for a refund, it will be processed no later than within 14 days.
Method of Refund:
- Using the same payment method as the original transaction, or
- By bank transfer, based on prior agreement.
Conditions for a Refund May Include:
- Submission of a written withdrawal statement,
- Confirmation that the vehicle is in unchanged condition (where applicable),
- Fulfillment of the conditions set out in the individual agreement.
Refunds Are Not Provided in the Following Cases:
- The vehicle was acquired based on a custom or special order,
- The buyer has already signed the sales contract,
- The deposit was legally defined as non-refundable.
